One of Morecambe's most famous landmarks is a statue commemorating one of its most famous sons, Eric Morecambe.
Further down the prom lies Happy Mount Park, where family-friendly attractions complement the atmosphere of peace and tranquillity of a traditional park.
Swing-boats, mini-golf, trampolines, a miniature train, a splash park and a zip-wire will keep the kids amused whilst you enjoy the park’s landscaped surroundings.
If you’re in the mood for shopping, Morecambe has a great mix of quirky, independent shops. Visit boutique stores and gift shops along the Promenade or head to the town centre for some high street shopping.
