No charge if coach hire is cancelled up to 7 days before date of hire
50% charge if coach hire is cancelled up to 48 hours before date of hire
100% charge if coach is cancelled on day of hire
Up to 42 days prior to date of departure loss of deposit paid (the management can consider the transfer of a deposit to a later dated holiday if spaces are available
15 - 28 days prior to date of departure 50% of full cost of holiday
0 - 27 days prior to date of departure 100% of full cost of holiday
The company reserves the right to cancel any holiday with less than 20 persons booked, not later than 28 days prior to the intended date of travel. A full refund of the monies paid will be offered or where possible an alternative holiday may be offered. It should be noted that the company cannot be held liable for the loss of any incidental expenses incurred by the passengers affected.
Up to 14 days before departure - no charge
Up to 7 days before departure 50% charge - alternatively you can transfer your seat value to another day tour
0 7 days before departure 100% charge - you would not be eligible to transfer your seat value to another day tour
The company reserves the right to cancel any tours if numbers are low. A full refund will be made or an alternative day trip could be offered.
