Cancellation Policy – Coach Hire

 

· No charge of coach hire if cancelled up to 7 days before date of hire

· 1 day – 7 days prior to departure 50% cost of coach hire

· 100% charge if coach is cancelled on day of hire

· Where a deposit is paid no refund given unless Lee’s Coaches cancel the hire

 

Cancellation Policy – Holidays

 

· Up to 42 days prior to date of departure loss of deposit paid (the management can consider the transfer of a deposit to a later dated holiday if spaces are available)

· 15 – 28 days prior to date of departure 50% of full cost of holiday

· 0 – 27 days prior to date of departure 100% of full cost of holiday

 

Lees Coaches Ltd Cancellation Policy - Holidays

 

The company reserves the right to cancel any holiday with less than 20 persons booked, not later than 28 days prior to the intended date of travel.  A full refund of the monies paid will be offered or where possible an alternative holiday may be offered. It should be noted that the company cannot be held liable for the loss of any incidental expenses incurred by the passengers affected.

 

Cancellation Policy – Day Trips

 

· Up to 14 days before departure – no charge

· Up to 7 days before departure 50% charge – alternatively you can transfer your seat value to another day tour

· 0 – 7 days before departure 100% charge – you would not be eligible to transfer your seat value to another day tour

· Where a day trip includes admission/meal we are unable to refund this element of the trip from date of booking

 

Lees Coaches Ltd Cancellation Policy – Day Trips

The company reserves the right to cancel any tours if numbers are low.  A full refund will be made or an alternative day trip could be offered.
