Itinerary:
Day 1 - We depart your home town and travel to Harrogate, arriving late afternoon at The Cedar Court hotel. Tea/ Coffee and biscuits provided on arrival.
Day 2 - Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before time exploring Harrogate at your own pace. Perhaps enjoy a lovely stroll through the beautiful valley gardens and wander round the independant shops of the Montpellier Quarter. Visit the elegant Victoria Westminster Arcade, 'Harrogate's secret shopping gem' for some retail therapy. The spa town is also home to the famous Betty's Tea Rooms - well worth a visit.
Day 3 - After breakfast we take you to the market town of Skipton, known as the 'Gateway to the Dales'. The high Street leads up to the church, behind which you see the impressive 900-year-old castle and Skipton woods. Today is also market day so you have a chance to grab a bargain.
Day 4 - After a leisurely breakfast, we head the short distance to the historic city of York. We have the day to explore this fascinating city with lots of attractions to keep you busy - the National Railway Museum, Jorvik Centre, the City Walls, the little streets and alleyways in the centre, the Shambles and not forgetting York Minster.
Day 5. - After breakfast, we leave and begin our journey home.
